At Crafty Cuddle, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a smooth and easy return process for your convenience. If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you can initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return Policy
✅ Returns are accepted only in case of:
- Wrong product received.
- Damaged product received.
📌 Important Notes:
- For damaged items, we will reship the product if you provide a proper uncut unboxing video as proof.
- Only replacements are available; no refunds (except when a replacement is unavailable).
- If the same product is not in stock, we will initiate a refund or issue store credit for the full amount.

🔖 Provide:
- Your order ID
- Clear images of the product(s)
- Mandatory: An unboxing/unpacking video (for missing or damaged items).
⚠️ No returns, refunds, or replacements will be accepted if the product seal is tampered with.
🚚 Once your return is approved, we will schedule a pickup within 2-4 business days.
💰 Refunds will be processed only after we receive and verify the returned product(s) at our warehouse.
🔄 Replacements are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, store credit will be provided.
🛑 Important:
- For COD orders, return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
- Sale items & gift cards are non-returnable.
Refund Policy
💳 Prepaid Orders: Refunds for payments made via Credit/Debit cards or Net Banking will be processed within 48 business hours of receiving the product(s). It may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. If delayed, kindly check with your bank.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Refund will be issued within 48 business hours after receiving the returned product(s) and your bank details via email.
- It may take 5-7 additional business days to reflect in your account.
- In some cases, manual refund processing may be required, and bank details will be requested.

Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. However, once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

📌 Cancellation Requests & Charges
- Free cancellation within 6 hours of order placement.
- If cancellation is requested after 6 hours, a cancellation fee will apply:

| ₹1000–₹2000 | ₹100 flat fee |
| ₹2000+ | 10% of the order value (e.g., ₹200 for ₹2000) |
⚠️ Cancellation charges are deducted to cover booking, processing, and handling costs.
🚫 Orders CANNOT be cancelled if:
- The order has already been shipped or dispatched.
- The order is a Bulk/Wholesale purchase.
- A Prepaid order is cancelled upon delivery or the customer does not receive the confirmation call. (Non-refundable)
