At Crafty Cuddle, your satisfaction is our priority. You can request an exchange or return within 1 day of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions below.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Reverse Pick-Up Option

  • Exchange Fee: ₹125 per item, payable upfront.

  • Reverse pickup will be attempted up to two times.

  • If both attempts are unsuccessful, you will need to self-ship the product to us.

📦 Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, accessories, and labels must be intact.

  • Used, damaged, altered, or incomplete products are not eligible for exchange.

  • Each product is eligible for one exchange only.

  • Replacement is subject to product availability.

💰 Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated after the returned product is received and successfully inspected by our team.

💳 Prepaid Orders

Eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method or provided as Crafty Cuddle store credit within 5–7 working days after product inspection.

💵 COD Orders

Eligible refunds for COD orders will be processed through UPI, bank transfer, or store credit, based on the customer's preference when raising the return request.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Charges

COD charges are non-refundable.

Applicable return/reverse-pickup charges may also be deducted as mentioned above.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products

We carefully inspect products before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement

For complaints related to damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect products, a clear, continuous video of the parcel being opened is mandatory.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed outer package

  • The package being opened

  • The product and its condition

  • Any damage, missing items, or incorrect product received

This helps us verify the issue and process your complaint efficiently.

⏰ Important

All exchange and return requests must be raised within 1 day of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

Crafty Cuddle reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the product does not meet the eligibility conditions mentioned in this policy.
