At Crafty Cuddle, your satisfaction is our priority. You can exchange or return your product within 2 days of delivery under the following terms:

Exchange Policy

Reverse Pick-Up Option

  • Charges: ₹90 per exchange item (paid upfront).
  • Process:
    • Reverse pickup will be attempted twice.
    • If both attempts fail, you’ll need to self-ship the product to us.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags & packaging intact.
  • Damaged or used items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Each product is eligible for a one-time exchange only.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Process:
    • Reverse pickup will be attempted twice.
    • If both attempts fail, you must self-ship the product to us.

Self-Shipping Option

You can ship the product directly to us at no additional deduction.

Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credits within 5–7 working days after product inspection.
  • COD Orders: Refunds will be processed to your UPI or bank account or as store credits (based on your preference when raising the request).
  • Non-Refundable Charges: COD charges are not refundable.
