Shipping policy

We offer shipping services to the specified delivery address provided by you during the ordering process. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your location and the selected shipping method. Additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country's regulations and are your responsibility.

Order Processing Time

Confirmed orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is processed and a shipping label is generated, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as a shipping label is generated, we will send a tracking link to your registered WhatsApp number. You will also receive timely updates via WhatsApp when your order is out for delivery and when it gets delivered. 

Delivery

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from delayed or failed deliveries.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package to your specified address. In the event that the recipient is unavailable, they will make a maximum of three delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to us. If you still wish to receive the package, you will need to place a new order.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or returns. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier confirms delivery.

Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

When an order is placed using Partial COD, a portion of the order value is collected as an advance payment, and the remaining balance is payable at delivery. Please note that if the parcel is returned to origin (RTO) for any reason—including failed delivery attempts, incorrect or incomplete address provided, recipient refusal, or unclaimed shipments—the amount paid as Partial COD will be forfeited and will not be refunded. By choosing Partial COD, customers acknowledge and accept that the advance payment is non-refundable in the event of a return to origin.

Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be posted on the Site with the updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
