Shipping Policy

At Crafty Cuddle, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. Shipping charges and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp and/or email.

Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to us and a new order must be placed.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or returns caused by incorrect address details.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact us within 24 hours. Once the courier confirms delivery, Crafty Cuddle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

Partial COD requires an advance payment, with the remaining amount payable at delivery. If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or being unclaimed, the advance payment is non-refundable.
