At Crafty Cuddle, we work hard to make sure your orders reach you safely and on time. Please read the following Shipping Policy for information about order processing, delivery, tracking, and related terms.

📦 Shipping Within India

We currently offer shipping across India to the delivery address provided by you during checkout.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, order value, and the shipping method available for your order.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

Confirmed orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive order and tracking updates through WhatsApp and/or email, depending on the contact details provided during checkout.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared with you through your registered WhatsApp number and/or email address.

You may also receive WhatsApp updates when your order:

  • 🚚 Is shipped

  • 📦 Is out for delivery

  • ✅ Has been delivered

You can use the tracking information provided to check the latest status of your shipment.

🚚 Delivery

We make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Transportation delays

  • Operational issues with the delivery partner

  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Crafty Cuddle will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

🔄 Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners may make up to three delivery attempts to deliver your order.

If delivery remains unsuccessful because the recipient is unavailable, refuses the shipment, provides an incorrect/incomplete address, or does not respond to the delivery partner, the parcel may be returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin).

If you still wish to receive the product after an RTO, you may be required to place a new order.

🏠 Address Accuracy

Please carefully check your shipping information before placing your order.

Make sure your:

  • Full name

  • House/Flat number

  • Street/Area

  • City

  • State

  • PIN code

  • Mobile number

are accurate and complete.

Crafty Cuddle is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returns caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or contact information provided by the customer.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, Crafty Cuddle ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery status being updated.

We will coordinate with the delivery partner to investigate the issue.

If the carrier confirms successful delivery to the address provided during checkout, Crafty Cuddle may not be responsible for packages subsequently reported as lost or stolen.

💰 Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

For orders placed using Partial COD, a portion of the order value is collected as an advance payment, while the remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery.

If the order is returned to origin (RTO) for reasons including:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient refusal

  • Unclaimed shipment

  • Recipient being unavailable

the Partial COD advance amount will be non-refundable.

By selecting Partial COD at checkout, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.

🔄 Changes to This Shipping Policy

Crafty Cuddle reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
